About your instructor

Max Wallace, a seasoned professional with an illustrious forty-year career in contact sports, is a former professional boxer and now a leading boxing/kickboxing fitness instructor.

Over the years, he has honed his expertise and trained one English and three British kickboxing champions. Driven by a passion for promoting health and well-being, Max has developed a specialized non-contact boxing/kickboxing fitness program.

His motivation stems from his own journey of achieving physical, mental, and spiritual wellness through these sports.

Committed to making a positive impact, Max’s motto is: “Combatting Ill Health in the Community.”
